No, you don’t need to be fit to start, but you need to start to become fit. Everything we do can be scaled and / or modified to suit everyone’s ability and strength levels.
. I have/had an injury. Can I still do CrossFit?
I'm just visiting Koh Tao, but I have been doing CrossFit at my home affiliate. Can I come workout?
Can I put my membership on hold?
Is there an option to come in and use the space and equipment and just workout on my own?
