BODYFIT IS “A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT PERFORMED AT HIGH INTENSITY”
Based on intervals and using more simple movements than the regular CrossFit classes.
If you are interested in CrossFit but want to ease into it, this is the class for you!

TWO INTRODUCTORY CLASSES TO THE MOVEMENTS YOU WILL BE SEEING IN OUR CROSSFIT CLASSES

OUR ON RAMP SESSIONS CAN BE ARRANGED 7 DAYS A WEEK!

*ON RAMPS must be PRE-BOOKED and sessions usually last 1 HOUR
