BODYFIT IS “A WHOLE BODY WORKOUT PERFORMED AT HIGH INTENSITY”

Based on intervals and using more simple movements than the regular CrossFit classes.

If you are interested in CrossFit but want to ease into it, this is the class for you!

Do I need experience or some minimum level of fitness?

No, you don’t need to be fit to start, but you need to start to become fit. Everything we do can be scaled and / or modified to suit everyone’s ability and strength levels.
